Order shown as delivered but not delivered actually

I have placed an order from The Souled Store. Order was supposed to be delivered on 11th July 2022.
The order status is showing as Delivered on the Souled Store app but I have not received any order, neither did I got any call from the Delivery person/company for anything.
I have verified my contact information everything required is available and correct.
There is no contact information available to connect with customer...

I ordered a tshirt from the souled store. It doesn't fit me well so I want to return it.but there's no return option on the website. I hope you'll resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I have ordered a 3 Oversized T-shirt. I want to exchange the two of the T-shirt with one size less than which I have ordered. But I can't see any exchange or return option. Can u please help me with this.

        It's been a long time since my package arrived and I wanted to return the product but it is still showing that it is out for delivery. I cannot get an option of returning the product. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

          My order number 6118910 is not shipped yet 😕 it was my first order and my experience isn't pleasing customer service just say they'll shipped in 24-48 hours but they don't 😕

                    I have ordered two items and the order number is Order # 5665953, returned both the items on 19th march, today it is 30th march, I still waiting for my refund.                     I have ordered one t-shirt and pent from souled store and it is delivered successfully but the thing is it’s size too big so I have initiated return request now they are saying that we are not providing return service from your pincode.
                    There is nothing mentioned in terms and conditions.

                        I had placed an order on 21st Nov because of their no confirmation after placing order i had to cancel the order. However till date they haven't given refund for my order. Have sent several mails to their customer service team. But they are also useless. Entire company is fraud and they are looting customers. Please take necessary action and arrange for refund.

                          I placed the order on 7 November and the order shows dispatched and is showing status to be present somewhere in Maharashtra since 3 weeks.I contacted the customer care many time through the email [protected]@thesouledstore.com they reply once and again i get no update and they stopped responding to the emails.It is very frustrating as it is prepaid order they took the money and there is no product i want refund for my order.

                            I had to receive my order yesterday and suddenly it says that I was not available at the delivery address and opted for open delivery, which I did not. The same thing happened even today. Even though they had my contact details, I did not even receive a single call back from the company. I either want my order by tomorrow or refund me the full amount to my bank account. Please revert back to me at the earliest.

                              The product I received was not the same as shown in the pictures. So, I initiated a return on the product because I wasnt satisfied. The delivery partner picked the product the very next day but I did not receive an refund yet. The return bar is also not showing the "return picked". Its still on the "return initiated" step.

                                  Where is my order no. 4280194. It's been so many days, no update on the order for couple of days. This is my first time I am using Souled Store and I am not enjoying the experience, I was so excited to get my stuff but now...

                                  I received my package today, I got the t-shirts but haven't received the "Black Panther (3ply Face Mask)", kindly look into the matter and get this resolved.

                                  I think there is a bug in you app as it does not allow to submit the request via the app. Kind of frustrating.

                                  also, the delivery took very long to reach despite of the package reaching the final shipment place on 19th. What's the point of being an exclusive customer.

                                  Please get this resolved as soon as possible as I am not going to wait another 7 days to get the mask.

                                    I am an exclusive member of the souled store. I ordered this on 12th July 2021, received on 15th. I was too big for my size so I initiated a return that day only. The next day a person came and picked it up. The app is still showing Return initiated since 15th July. Please resolve this issue asap. Order ID is 4266962
