[Resolved] The Souled Store — Estimated delivery was 02/08/2022 But order not delivered till the today 10 Aug
I ordered few clothes from 'The Souled Store' App and Estimated delivery was 02 Aug, when I haven't received the order by 7th Aug, I tried reaching their customer support team but got no assurance about my delivery date.
The order package had arrived to their delivery hub, near to delivery address on 31st July itself but isn't delivered, I asked their support team if I can go myself there to pick the order as time is running out for me but they haven't responded.
Also there is no cancellation option on 'The Souled Store' App and if someone wants to cancel their order they need to reach to their customer support service team to manually generate the cancellation from their end and I wonder how many days it will take to get my refund back.
I am an exclusive customer of 'The Souled Store' and If face am facing this kind of delivery issue I wonder what normal customer will be facing.
The Souled Store is quite a big brand with multiple celebrities like cricketer, social media influencers marketing it. It's so exhausting to see they are nowhere near to what they claim about their Brand.

The souled store have resolved the issue within 24 hrs of complaint raised. My only problem was they would have tried this few days earlier. They have third party delivery system so they don't have much control on delivery person. They have to so something on this because because their products are really good.
The Souled Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
