I've order some of the products on 3rd Nov. 7th I got message that item is Out for delivery. Daily I used to get some fake reasons for Delivery Exception saying customer not available, customer delayed for otp bla bla bla. Till 12th I got the same msg. Then I requested to cancel the product and refund. Then I got the mail that items got canceled and refund initiated. I mailed them for refund status bt getting reply as it will be initiated but they are not initiating only. Again I mailed today (18th Nov) I got reply as " refund for order 7188867 hasn't been initiated yet. We have requested our operations team to get the refund done asap.
A refund will be initiated to your bank account as requested within the next 24-48 hours. Kindly note: It will take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after initiation.".
I don't think they are planning to refund. Everyday they say the same thing. Was this information helpful? |
