[Resolved]  The Souled Store — Order shown as delivered but not delivered actually

I have placed an order from The Souled Store. Order was supposed to be delivered on 11th July 2022.
The order status is showing as Delivered on the Souled Store app but I have not received any order, neither did I got any call from the Delivery person/company for anything.
I have verified my contact information everything required is available and correct.
There is no contact information available to connect with customer care. I have raised an issue over the mail but there is no link or something to track that too.
Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.
