Hello team, I had ordered the kw8x model from the website, but have received an entirely different model which is not even listed among the product list. The delivered product seems a cheap made one, and when i tried to contact the customer care during their business hours the number is switched off. Order id:[protected] Require a replacement, a compensation and also would like to file a complaint regarding the lethargic and non responsive behaviour of the team. They are scammers, they have been cheating people a lot, please launch a complant with cyber crime

I had ordered a wrist watch by website, i recived very cheap quality watch which is not working & i rcvd 2 msgs with different price i.e. 2304/- & 3296/- dats why i had paid extra Rs.992 /- to delivery boy..
I sent to mail two times for return that product to [protected]@thewristbuddy.com but they don't replying..
Plz help to Compunsation n return that product..

Guys, this website is fake. Kindly do not order. I also got cheated yesterday 26th Feb'18. I ordered for KW8x watch and paid around Rs. 3194. When opened the packet, it's completely a different cheap watch. Will file a complaint.

Received very bad product, fake product
I ordered smartwatch and they delivered me different very cheap and like old ones product like other peoples who complained here against wristbuddy and beyond all of this when i wanted to complain and return them back the product they did't respond and deny the complain then i tried to contact to customer care service their services have been blocked. The site is totally scam and cheating on their customers so please take strong action against them...
I ordered kw9x and received a cheap quality watch, which is not mentioned in the above sight, They purely cheated me, I would like to get replacement with in couple of days.
