The watch received is as per the order placed with features shown in the advertise on facebook.
I have been sending email to them daily from 5th Aug 2019 but there in no reply to email. Even customer care no there is no response. fraud company is cheating people. Kindly help us in getting refund of amount.

I purchased one WX2-4G Smart watch from their website and received it on 8th of August. But even after fully charged it is not switching on.
I have tried calling the customer service on [protected] but there was no response. Even I have dropped a mail.
Kindly help me to get my amount refunded.
