Dear team,
I ordered smartwatch (Wx2-4g android smart watch, waterproof with hd camera connectivity) from their website "https://www.thebestwatches.in/" on 29th july2019 worth rs 1999/-
The product was delivered on 1st august, 2019.
When i opened the product, the quality was so bad from what they show us on the website, and most importantly it was a wrong product. The the that i receive and the one shown on the website are different products.

I tried reaching them on phone and even sent email for refund / return but no response received till date.

Please guide how i can get my money back.

I order 7 th august wx2-4g watch id him13324 i paid 2099 for this I receive 9 th August 2019, not good product, watch not charging, no user guide. So i want refund my money i was send mail but not responding fake product don’t buy this watch
