I ordered a wx2 4G watch on 6th August order no. HIM12847 and received the product today on 8th August . The watch displayed on website is completely different from one I obtained. They send the product which available at 500/- in the market and after taking an amount of 2099/-. Now they are not receiving any call and even not responding on email.I want my money back....

The product was delivered on 1st august, 2019.
When i opened the product, the quality was so bad from what they show us on the website, and most importantly it was a wrong product. The the that i receive and the one shown on the website...

The amount got transferred, but, till date, i have not received any acknowledgement or order tracking id from thebestwatches.in

I received a mail from them stating that 'my cart is having the selected item'.
When the money is transferred, the cart became empty.
