I have received wrong product

I ordered smartwatch (Wx2-3g android smart watch, waterproof with hd camera × 1) from their website "https://www.thebestwatches.in/" on 02nd august 2019 worth rs 2099/-
The product was delivered on 05th august 2019 and it was received by my wife.
In the evening when i opened the product, i found (Used vapor kw77 instead of order item wx2-4g smart watch) with charging cable.
I tried reaching them on phone and even sent email for replacement but no response received till date. (Conformation mail
