Thebestwatches.in — received duplicate and not working product

I am gowtham from chennai, ordered smartwatch (Wx2-4g android smart watch) through your website (www.thebestwatches.in) on 05/07/2019 order id #him5634. And i received the product on 06/07/2019 and i am very disappointed with the product i have seen on the website is not the one i got completely different and the received product is not working kindly check the photos attached also the box is not sealed. I tried to report the same in customer care details given in the website[protected], its keep on ringing. So i am trying in all the ways to reach you also i have drafted a mail regarding this to your support mail id [protected]@thebestwatches.in no response from your side. I need my money please refund it. Please take back your product.
