I had ordered for a wx2-4g android smartwatch, waterproof with hd camera connectivity (7 days refund window + 6 month warranty) with order #him4419. I received a watch two days ago (On 27 june 2019) which was totally different from the one i ordered, just an ordinary smartwatch.

I tried contacting their customer care number many times but no one picks up. I sent them many emails but no response from their side.

I want my money to be refunded so that i can purchase the required product from any other reliable company.

Please help me in getting the refund of rs 2000.
