Hi,
I ordered a mobile case on oct 4th 2018, got a confirmation mail from them and the amount is also deducted but the product haven't delivered till now, and there is no estimated delivery date even, the site shows that the order is still in processing. I have contacted them through mail but didn't get any response. Please could you help me in getting that or make them to refund the money for all the people who have ordered and take a serious action on them.
