[Resolved] Thecoverzon — products not delivered

I ordered some covers from the thecoverzon.com and i haven't received then neither have i gotten any update about the order
The status till yesterday was processing and now i can't even reach the site.

No confirmation mail or bill was shared

The payment was made in advance

I have also tried mailing them on their given customer care email but no response from it too.

An action should be taken against this

there was no response from the company. no intimation was given about the delivery of the products. i received the products today but my order was updated as completed 3 days ago. the products were not so great the quality was bad one case broke while getting it on my phone but for 99 rupees it was ok. rest the customer service is horrible. there is no communication between the seller and the buyer

I have ordered mobile case in thecoverzon website on october 5. I made online payment in advance.It has been a week but i did not received any mail regarding order confirmation and moreover i could not contact the website . I need my product to deliver soon or i need my money back.

I made online payment in advance.It has been a week but i did not received any mail regarding order confirmation and moreover i could not contact the website . I need my product to deliver soon or i need my money back. DONT ENCOURAGE IN THIS WEBSITES .PLS DONT ORDER IN THIS SITES THIS IS A FAKE SITE.
I NEED RETURN MY MONEY.
