Your company is such a fraud company. I ordered cover 2 month before. And it is not delivered yet. And payment is already done. And also there is no reply from your company if i had mailed them. It's been 1 month but i didn't received my order yet. And i have paid for this. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Or else return my money. Such a fraud company this is. I ordered a mobile cover from this by viewing its advertisements on the sociao media sites. My order was placed on 31st october 2018. And the site assured delivery in 12-15 days from the order date, but i have not yet recived my order. I sent many mails regarding this to the site but no response was there and my money is also not refunded. The site has also stopped working, i cant acces the site. I don't want the product i ordered anymore. I want the refund but the site keeps crashing every time i try to open it. It is the worst site ever. It's a fraud company. I had purchased 2 phone covers from the website https://thecoverzon.com/ .. This was done on November 6th 2018. The payment was made in advance online of Rs. 218/- . Merchant Order ID is
88015_18110650..But there was no confirmation from their side. Now their website is not available and no ways to contact them. This needs to be taken into notice and action needs to be taken on them. A refund should be initiated....

I order a phone case for my phone on 29th september and i received a confirmation mail and order id 76533 and order status processing after three weeks its shows order completed and i received a mail that your order will reach in 5 to 7 days but it's now 20 days and its showing order completed. They are not responding through mail. I want my monew back.

Didn't get my product that was ordered on october 2 and payment was already done. If i check order status only shows processing. The site have no customer service facility. Please take action on this site. And i need my money back from thecoverzon.com. Thecoverzon.com is a fake site that cheat the people and take the money from people. I need my order or money back...

Even i am facing the same problem. My order no-82835, i ordered the 3 phone cover from thecoverzon on 16th oct and it still shows it's processing and no information regarding it's delivery is shown. Also i could not contact the company regarding the same.
Already paid for it, need my money back. Need to complaint police station... Stop to make people fool...

I ordered a mobile case on oct 4th 2018, got a confirmation mail from them and the amount is also deducted but the product haven't delivered till now, and there is no estimated delivery date even, the site shows that the order is still in processing.
