Sir i have ordered a product from thecoverzon.com on 5th november, 2018 but the product is undelivered to me and i am trying to reach out the customer care but it does not have a valid mail and the online complaint on the site never registers.
Since i ordered the product the status is processing and moreover no expected delivery date is mentioned on site. The payment was made in advance.
I am very much hurt and want an action against this.
