Thecoverzon — i order the products, payment is also done, but did not receive my product.

I ordered two covers, one of mi redmi 4 and mi redmi note 4 both are worth rs99/-. I placed my order on 29th of october 2018. It was written that the product will be delivered within 12-18 days. But i did not receive the product. I paid rs218 including the delivery charge which was rs20. Recently on 5th november 2018 i got an email from thecoverzon that my is shipped and i will get the product within 5-7 days. But after that i did not receive any email or product.
