Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have placed an Online Order on 6th June 2019 for Philips 52, 000 mAH Power Bank with Free Philips Bluetooth Headset for Rs. 949/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Forty Nine) that was offered & advertised by ‘’THEFACTORYSALE’’ on NDTV.com Website.

After one week of placing an order, I have received the above items with different specification & make – Sony Power Bank 32, 000 mAH & Samsung Headset and were also not new but was found secondhand (old) when opened. Immediately after receipt of goods I have called on above number and lodged an oral complain saying that I have not received goods as per specification offered & advertised on NDTV.com website and were also found second hand. The official said to me on phone that you can return the goods if you do not like at the above address and within Ten Days ‘’THEFACTORYSALE’’ will send you full REFUND of money after Receipt of Goods.

On 10th June 2019, I have returned both Power Bank & Bluetooth Headset via Tirupati Courier that Costed me Rs. 150/- additionally since then I am trying to contact but failed to speak with official. I have also not yet received my refund back as promised on receipt of goods by them even after 2 months have passed. It seems that Thefactorysale is a fraud and is cheating customers in a mass. People are falling in trap because offer & actual goods are not same. (Photo Enclosed)

Enclosed Courier Receipt when goods returned on 10th June 2019, Items Pictures that were different make & configuration and Picture of Courier Received with Name, Address & Mobile Number.

Request you to take my complain on record, initiate appropriate action under IPC for Fraud committed and ensure punishment is initiated promptly against ‘’THEFACTORYSALE’’ & its owners so that justice can be provided to infested customers. No one know how many lacs of Rupees looted by Thefactorysale that can only be known when proper enquiry takes place.

Hope that you will take immediate action for justice towards fraud and ensure refund is arranged from fraudsters.
