I have placed order for one power bank 32000 mah and branded blue tooth headset on 6th sept, 2019 with full payment through paytm i. E. Rs. 899.00 but nothing could be heard from the company nor they have given me tracking id i am afraid that what will happen to my money. There are so many complaints against this company. So kindly look into this kind of grievances and intimate the result, if possible, as early as possible....

After one week of placing an order, I have received...

I have received wrong product.
I had ordered 1100 mobile phone with free branded bluetooth
Rs. 849.00
I have received a old different nokia phone
I have paid 899 rupees
I want refund as soon as possible
They have scammed by providing these substandard products
I had ordered this a week ago. Got the delivery today
Refund me as soon as possible.

Wrong product delievered by 'TheFactorysale.com' n now when i m trying to contact them they are not responding me, Actually I would have ordered Huawei sport headphone by 'thefactorysale.com' n instead of that they send me local company headphone which is too not working, n the contact num shown on their website is invalid.On the delievered box contact num shown is too invalid....
