Thepancard.com — Pan card scam

I have given all my info online so that I can get my pan card, but after filling in the details it shows I have to print the document and send it back to them, I thought it's from the government, but later someone informed me government take the only RS106 and they charged RS 397,
And on top of it, they asked me to send the form, what is the use of the online submission.

I have mailed them regarding the same but no answer

The problem is with Google. This site paid money to Google and when we search for online PAN card this site appears first.

Someone please take action on this site
