Hi i applied for a new pan card as my current pan card got damaged I made an online payment of rs 399 on thepancard.com but it is still showing as transaction failed Despite the fact that payment got successful and i have made the payment using google pay. I have also attached the screenshot. Not to mention their customer support never receives call, and it automatically disconnects every call That's the number they have mentioned in their contact us section. I would like to bring into your notice that Thepancard, I have paid online and applied pan card - Customer Code: A2069712, DOB 11 Oct 2010... I have tried to connect multiple time via support team online written and no[protected] which looks like irresponsible, looks like fraud, cheating, scam, etc please help
