I have applied for a duplicate PAN Card for my daughter since she claimed to have misplaced or lost it, through "The Pancard.com on 2.9.2021. However, after applying for the duplicate card and making payment via Credit Card of an amount of Rs. 399/- I realised that I have made payment to a fraud company who have not provided any contact phone numbers nor they respond to email provided by them on their website. The customer ID provided by them is A4095546. Apart from this I could also retrieve the misplaced card and I have not sent any documents to them for processing. Based on the above, I requested them by email and on their site for refund of the same but so far no reply has been received to this effect. Since they have not provided any contact details I am unable to get in touch with them. By way of this complaint I pray that the Company should be persuaded to refund my amount as I have not availed their services. Was this information helpful? | |||
