After application submission.. They are not at all responding to my queiries..

This is with reference to your application for new pan card vide customer code a2111047. To pan card services thepancard.com/

Eventhough they intimated me the receipt of your application on[protected].
But still today they informing me our validation team will now check for any mistakes and communicate to you if any.in case there are any mistakes you may have to correct the same by visiting the "member services" section of our site.

Even after updation there is no response and their phone [protected] not reachable.
As i need this very ugent, the loss due to this delay should be compensated.
I learnt they also cheated many
