I had placed order for a product khus khus (Khasakhasa), 500 gm of amount rs.364/- from this online shopping http://www.thespicemarket.in on[protected]:08:00. I have till date got neither delivery details about the product ordered nor schedule of delivery. The tracking states order under process.
They are not picking the calls, the service is hopeless..

I even emailed them their reply is awaited. The are not even receiving my calls

Please help to resolve.
