[Resolved] Thesurpriser.com — Late delivery, damaged goods, fungi on product, no customer support

Through this website ordered diwali gift. Set of lamps, dry fruits package. Total cost was Rs.1800/-. It was supposed to be delivered on 23 OCT 2014 as delivery date was asked while ordering. Finally order was delivered on 9 Nov 2014. But when checked, 3 lamps were broken out of 4, dry fruits had fungi all over it. When I tried to call support number given on the website, there is no response from the seller side or call dont get connected saying out of coverage area. Now I demand my money back but still no response.

Strict action should be taken against such fraud sellers and these websites should not be allowed to run. They are looting from consumers.

regarding delivery status

sir, i have ordered cake from this (http://www.thesurpriser.com/)site.i have made the payment through debit card.but they neither deliver the cake nor ther refund my amount to my account...kindly help me out to get me my amount back...
