I ordered a cake (Order 5093) which has not been delivered yet. I have also not received any notification of the status in spite of numerous mails and calls to the website provided number.

The payment of the cake has already been deposited to the account provided on website.

Order No: 4855 I have ordered a cake with delivery date of my order as Aug 26th since my wife's bday is on Aug 26th. But the guys have not delivered it. There phone number which they have given on website doesn't work. I send 2 emails requesting the status and also send a request for chat (which is not really chat, its just a message which goes through). After I threaten them about the complain I could do, they delivered the cake next day which is completely different from the one I selected. It is a fraud website which is taking money from people living outside India who cannot run behind them if the order is not delivered. Appropriate action should be taken to close them down.

I ordered for a choclate truffle cake (order no. 4636) for an address in ichapur (pin code 743144) on 7.3.15 with required delivery date for 8.3.15...the cake wasn't delivered.i emailed them in their support address numerously without single reply...nobody picked up the customer care number also...please take action against this kind of fraudulent company...and i want my money back !!! (order amount Rs. 699 )... please help

Through this website ordered diwali gift. Set of lamps, dry fruits package. Total cost was Rs.1800/-. It was supposed to be delivered on 23 OCT 2014 as delivery date was asked while ordering. Finally order was delivered on 9 Nov 2014. But when checked, 3 lamps were broken out of 4, dry fruits had fungi all over it. When I tried to call support number given on the website, there is no response from the seller side or call dont get connected saying out of coverage area. Now I demand my money back but still no response.

I have ordered for chocolates and flowers on 17th Dec to be delivered to my fiancee on her Birthday (18th of Dec). On mailing them they apologized and said flowers are not available and chocolates are shipped from their head office. It's regarding order #3147, i ordered one flower and one cake. Surpriser surprised me by just sending one cake and no flowers. the cost of the flower was 500 rs and for cake also was 500. Upon contacting and following them up, they said that as the flowers were not available so they delivered a bigger cake and they wont make any refund. What a service? Do you think it's ethical to make the changes in order without contacting the customer and without having consent from him. I must say, Very pathetic service....i can share whole communication if someone needs.

I have booked a cake delivery on www.thesurpriser.com for which I had made online payment in advance.

I have also confirmed the order and delivery with vendor on phone and they have confirmed that cake will be delivered before 1900 hrs on 8 May2013.

Next day i came to know that cake was not delivered and the vendor has asked to pick it up from their shop instead of delivery at home as claimed on website.

Moreover, when my relatives reached the shop, they have denied delivery of cake stating that cake order is cancelled. Whereas, I didn't' had any communication with anybody in this regards.

They have just spoiled the whole meaning !! Now I am calling them they are not picking the call. Now I don't know what to do I have made the payment and didn't't got the services. Can anyone help.

Dear Sir,

This gift sending online site is a fake one. The address provided them is also fake. I have ordered a cake to my place, it dint get delivered on time. When I have contacted the customer care service, I got a reply saying ' we will check the status and get back to you'. But I dint get any other response. When I have tried calling again, no one was picking my call. If I change the number and call , I am getting same response. When I have sent a person to the mentioned address, I came to know that this is fake. Please help me in refund of my amount. Details of the site are as below.
