same as my issue i order for w1 watch but i got fake product

Take return my watch. I didnt get what i see and what i order. And stop to make people fool. You send me a Chinese watch which price is only 500₹. I dont want your watch any more. Plz give me my money back.

I got a fake product (a toy).

Am consumer, who saw an ad in Facebook and looking at the reviews by different people, went to theWristbuddy website and placed the order for a W1 Bluetooth smart watch and paid Rs. 3300/- to the Pickr (DELHIVERY) courier service which this fraud company uses to deliver their fraud goods and try remain anonymous so they think no one are capable to track them down.

I recieved the package today 20th January 2018, Order Number: 
[protected], but it does not have the W1 Bluetooth Smartwatch wich is I've ordered, instead it's some kids watch which doesn't even turn on.

I tried to contact them via phone and email, but no response, mobile is always switched off.

I paid ₹2662 but Wrist buddy sent ₹300.00 watch instead of original KW 8X. They're showing KW 88 smart watch video and selling a fake watch in the name and f KW 8X( not KW 88; its a original product by king wear). There is no any KW 8X watch in King Wear brand. This site have its ads on Instagram, Facebook etc. I ordered a KW 8X smartwatch which was available for 2662 Rs. But I received a completely fake watch which was not in the league for comparison with the above mentioned watch. The number provided on their site tel:[protected] is always busy. The email they provided [protected]@wristbuddy.com and [protected]@wristbuddy.com never replies to any of the mails. The products have reviews which tempts you to trust them but they never show the reviews that I gave. I request people to stay away from this site and would like to request the cybercrimecomplaints.in to look into this matter and if possible then would like to claim the refund.

I have the same situation i had ordered my kw 8x smart watch which was priced 2830 totally by "wrist buddy" and i had recieved a normal model named v8 which costs just 1200 and my money remaining was wasted im till now trying to contact them theyre still not answering so

WristBuddy is biggest Fraud and Cheater.
No response to call and mail.
I had ordered KW 9X Smart watch but got Rs. 500 Kids watch.
Whatever other members are telling is True.
I did not bother about other members feedback and ordered in WristBuddy and lost Rs. 2500/-.
My sincere advice Do Not Buy from this SITE

They are scammers, they have been cheating people a lot, please launch a complant with cyber crime

Guys, this website is fake. Kindly do not order. I also got cheated yesterday 26th Feb'18. I ordered for KW8x watch and paid around Rs. 3194. When opened the packet, it's completely a different cheap watch. Will file a complaint.

Your company is completely fraud. You are cheating on us by sending this fake products. I thought it was only me but when I came across all this reviews it turned out to be fake company. No enquiry number of your company. Nothing is given in details. I want immediate enquiry for this case.

I ordered smartwatch and they delivered me different very cheap and like old ones product like other peoples who complained here against wristbuddy and beyond all of this when i wanted to complain and return them back the product they did't respond and deny the complain then i tried to contact to customer care service their services have been blocked. The site is totally scam and cheating on their customers so please take strong action against them...
