Thomas Cook India — after making half payment now they have increased the total value of the deal which higher than the agreed amount

I have agree so and payed a half payment for land package to singapore and it was agreed for 42k and now after making half payment there is no proper response and very arrogant attitude from the service team even if i call they don’t talk properly all of a sudden they are asking me to malena 4 thousand more than the agreed deal when i asked them the reason they said it’s beca of high rate of exchange but how can it be so much difference need help to sort this.
