Thomas Cook India — Cheating after making advance payment

I have been cheated after making the advance payment for my tour. I received an email confirmation on my Thailand tour including additional activities They are not accepting things which are mentioned in the email after making payment. I have already escalated this to the senior management of Thomas cook but they are rejecting it. I am seriously worried cz we have planned to leave on 8th February 2017. Request your immediate intervention in the same
