I have bought 700 SGD from thomas cook on 9th jan' 20.
Also, paid 2% ( INR 753) amount to fix the rate which is full refundable in 7 working days.
I haven't received any update on the same.
This is not acceptable at all.
Calling customer care since today morning and have spoken to atleast 7 agents who are just saying to wait for refund team call which i havenot got till now.
Also, on continuous mail drop no response from anyone.
Got update on call just now from thomas cook where they said today only they processed the money as some issue was there in backend with branch.
This is how you deal with customers? No update, no communication ?
