Hi Team, Please find below mail trail for better understanding of said subject. Thomoscook team not providing me travel vouchers / hotel vouchers. One of their team member just called up on 14th 6.45 p.m. and requesting me to cancel my travel since hotels are not available. I would also like to highlight that I did booking and paid all money on 9th April 2015. ...
