1. The tour managers did not show up throughout the tour.
2. We had to rely solely on inexperienced drivers to manage the entire tour. Thus, if the tour is to be managed solely by drivers, it means THE TOUR MANAGERS ARE REDUNDANT.
3 The tour managers were not available on phone when we needed them. The cell phones were switched off.
4. Since there were no tour managers, there was no time management. Complete chaos while visiting spots.
5. In absence of tour managers, we could not get any history of monastries, palaces, etc.
6. When we asked for escort guides, we were told that escort guides are only co-ordinators and do not have any info.
7. Cars provided were not proper. They had a jagged edge which created problems for those seated at the back.
8. Thomas Cook does not inform passengers that 35 kms to numbra valley and 10 kms to Pangong lake is full of bumps, stones, potholes and rocks, leading to a severely bumpy ride. Please be aware of this, since Thomas Cook does not inform the public about this.
9. Upon arrival at Numbra valley in sweltering heat, we were given hot pakoras and hot tea, rather than cool refreshing drink
10. No variety in breakfasts. It remains the same, day on day basis. Was this information helpful? |
So sorry to hear that. Could you write in to service.[protected]@in.thomascook.com please? This will truly help us to resolve your concerns on priority.
