Thomas Cook India — Refund not issued of cancelled travel | |
Hi, I had booked my bhutan package with thomas cook india which included 1) to and fro travel between mumbai and kolkata 2) to and fro travel between kolkata and bhutan 3) stay and sightseeing in bhutan However, due to covid19, trip for cancelled. Thomas cook surrendered to deal with domestic airlines which i managed to get future dated travels. Though that is not sorted yet completely. However, i am yet to get refund of remaining amount from thomas cook. It has been 3 months since i am chasing them for refund.
