Thomas Cook India — Refund not received for cancellation of ticket | |||||
Hello I am an authorized portal for Thomas Cook India We have booked ticket for one of our client from Ahmedabad to Kingston and due to change in plan we have cancelled the ticket which was fully refundable ticket Waiting from almost 10 days, I still haven't received refund for my ticket Emailed them several times and the answer was you will receive by banking hours on Monday which is 2nd May, still haven't received anything.
