I, manish deo, residing at nagpur, booked europe avismarniya tour starting from 10.05.2020 to 24.05.2020. I deposited rs. 65000/- at your nagpur office. I got uk vis for me and wife on 03.03.2020. I immediately informed to nagpur customer dealing official named as neha meshram. She informed me that schengeon visa will process after 15 days as she have lot of other pending work. Thereafter i got information on 22.04.2020 that tour is cancelled due to lock down. She asked me for credit note against the tour cancellation refund which will valid up to 31.03.2020 (This date may be 31.03.2021). But such credit note offer is not acceptable to me because i am not sure that i can plan to go before 31.03.2021. So i asked my balanced refund and offer time up to aug for refund. Even i asked for post dated check also. But ms. Neha and ms. Madhur kulkarni, forcing for credit note. They sent me the terms and condition today on date 04.03.2020. I gone through the refund policy where there is no clause of credit note against refund amount. This is ridiculous that how a customer can force for credit note against the refund? I am not a bonded customer to accept such unacceptable proposal since there was no such policies are placed before me by any of your executives at the time of booking tour package nor any such condition i noticed on your cancellation condition. I request to the responsible authority to take the matter of this as customer exploitation.
Once again i am asking my refund in cash. I hope i ill not be forced for legal option in this matter.
