Starting from ill planning of the tour the documents were delivered at last moment after my consistent followup.
Tea/coffee sachets were not provided in Thailand hotels.
On 6th April a City Tour was not arranged as per itinerary and hence we all had to arrange it on our own. We had to bear total cost of Rs 5000 for taxi, guide and entry fee.
My insurance amount was abruptly charged and refunded after one month after a great persuasion.
Mam these all actions has caused me great pain and stress to me.
Now I ask you to please compensate me by cash or kind for all the misery caused by your all shortcomings of the tour.
