I made the payment on 27-dec-2018 and till date (15-jan-2018) form ds160 is not filled and submitted. My father went to gurgaon office to get some infomation on form filling, but the representative (Mr. Anil) itting there had no idea. Till date he has not replied back to my father. And the form is still pending. I want my money back as thomascook has given has zero assistance. They sent a dummy form 160 which does not even apply to my father queries. Highly disappointed.
