I have done the europe tour booking from thomas cook, and we opted only for land package (Means excluding flight tickets and visa) because i'm outside the india, so i will take care of these two things, i have paid the full amount of payment in advance, and when i need documents from them to apply for the visa, they have given me one document where they have mentioned the hotel details for accommodation and tour code. When i submit that document to the embassy, they said it won't work, please send me the document directly from the hotel, i tried to reach out to hotel and they said they can't provide me the letter because there is no such booking exists. So i reached out to thomas cook that i got the query from embassy which i need to submit the documents in 14 days, initially they said that they will provide the document in 1-2 days, but now it's 7 days and there is no reply from them and now they are not picking up my phone and not replying to my message or email.
