Sir / madam,

We bought thomson led tv on from flipkart on november 2018 and the tv display is not coming (Only voice is coming) from the month of june 2019.

We raised complaint with thomson customer care on july 2019 but they are not responding to the complaint properly (Complaint id – ch[protected].
Very poor and slow response from their end. Also they are not answering properly for the phone calls. Always they says "that they are having some technical issues at their end and allow them to give some more time to resolve the complaint"

As the television is not working for the passed 2 months, it is very difficult to stay at home without tv. Hence, please lead them to close this complaint at the earliest.
