Thomson — Regarding Thomson LED TV 50" display problem within 11 month

Address:65, Uday Nagar, Near Ring Road, Nagpur - 24.

Sir/Madam,

Kindly look into the matter and my TV set will be replaced within 2 or 3 days.
If you are not able to replace my TV set, return my purchase money. I have already waiting more than 2month resolve my complaint
Please ensure my TV set is replaced within 2 or 3 days. I have already continuously communicated for 2 weeks, but no result about my complaint, only your side draft mail thatset.
What is this customer care working scene from the last 2 months. This is customer harassment or cheating.
I want Replace my TV SET within 2 or 3 days, what do you want to do ?
