Thomson — Software issues on Thomson 9A Series 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV (32PATH0011)

I had purchased Thomson 9A Series 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV (32PATH0011) Two Months, Ago.

Right from beginning, there has been certain software related issues in the form of bugs which are generally fixed from the side of manufacturers.

I reported all the software related problem to concerned department of Thomson. They could not understand my concern.

They never replied and responded on time. Always late and typical answers from the side of a support team.

In place of taking the responsibility to solve, they shifted their responsibility to Google.

It seems to be like that support team just escalate issue but never ask to technical team whether they have responded or not.

Their support team never call me back with solution.

Support team is worthless.
They provide information without justification.
In all conditions, Support team proves own self right and other wrong only.

Unresponsive approach at the highest level.

Now they are not responding at all.
