Bought a thomson led b9 pro smart tv from flipkart last year mid october. Since 24th september 2019 display of the tv was not working.
Issue - display problem (Video not visible audio is coming)

I emailed thomson customer care with all details including invoice on 21th september in the evening. I didn't get any reply from them. I tried to call them several times and chased them thorough email but no response.

Kindly help to get this issue.,

    I had purchase thomson smart tv but some software issue is their tv . Youtube application not working . And iam calling to thomson customer care its not working its a fraud tv company selling in india . I dont know what to do now no after sake service in thomson its worst tv company ever since in my life please take fast action against thomsontv company .

      I bought thomson 40" smart tv in 2018. This thomson smart tv is just a waste. It does not support any app like hotstar, zee5, sony liv & other apps like these.
      Even thomson smart tv does not support youtube app. Youtube is very basic app, but thomson tv does not support even this app.
      I tried to contact them via email & phone number but all waste. They have just 1 reply that we are working on it.
      Thomson have worse customer support. They do not care about their customers. Please do not trust on the features of thomson tv.

      All the valuable app like youtube play store not working, the company making people fool, this is not the smart tv, they are selling normal android tv, without enableing all function of it
      Wastes 20k on Thomson TV. Hota tar has conformed their ap isn't tested with Thomson TV. Zee5 doesn't work at all. Even on a 30 Mbps line.. Prime video app is outdated on their TV store. Navigation sucks on prime video app.

        Hi Thomson team,

        This is let you know that in my tv have issue with some upgrade and due to that unable to use this TV means as of now it useless to me and seems why I purchased it because only I go for this TV for smart TV were I can enjoy any thing but it pathetic to me. As in my TV inam not using any kind of cable operater and my purpose was to bought this TV only to have entertainment with network. But right now it useless because from few day when I open you tube it ask for update and if I proceed for that than it says not compatible version and alway I use you tube here so now it's my request to please get this fix by providing OS upgrade or if you have any other option to get this fix please do assap.

          I have purchased Thomson UD9 124cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV on 14 th November 2018 and my purchase and OD[protected] . This product is under warranty and we had purchased additional 2 yrs warranty. the product delivered does not have Ultra hd 4k resolution as mention on the product. Then also we had accepted the product. On 2nd september when we power on the tv the display was not working. 26 calls made on that day to the customer care unit but none of the calls were answered. Simultaneously we dropped the mail on 2nd september [protected]@ thomson.in. On next day we made a call to the thomson tv unit customer care after calling 38 times one of my call was attended on call we have shared all the details about the issue.

          Thomson Customer care demanded for mail . I had explained them regarding the mail which we have dropped on 2nd september. thomson tv customer care straight away denied that they have not received any mail from our end with out looking into the mail box after half and hour luckily with lots of explanation thomson customer care unit traced the mail. on the next moment they demanded the purchase bill, without that they will not be able to lock the complaint and they will not provide any complaint ID to assist the customer, with in few minutes I have attached the purchased copy of the bill on mail. No complain ID was forwarded. next day again on mail i have given them reminder about the complaint . 4th september aging i made a call to the thomson tv customer care unit whole day I had made 56 call but not one of the person received the call. Still I am waiting for complaint ID for my UHD/4k tv. Hoping that Thomson will help me solve the TV Problem.

            Now video (Black screen) is not working and only audio (Sound) is coming.
            I request you to depute their technician to attend the complaint. After few days engineer visited on 07.08.2019 and told that card has to be replaced of tv but he will not be able to tell anything when it will get replaced and how it will get replaced.
            Service engineer told me that thee is a card problem we can replace the same after receiving the card from thomson company.
            But now thomson compay not attend my call and email and provide any information about replace of card.
            My tv display is not coming it's in different colour... please come fast and clear the complaint sir .
            Colour is very gassy sir...
            Please consider us and make it fast ...

            ... ... . ...Thomson tv has extended warranty.
            Come fast and clear the tv problem

              I have purchased thomson led tv within 4month its not working while running itself shows black screen and getting only audio i have called customer care and raised the ticket and after i got reply mail from them like within 48hrs will give the solution and after 72hrs also i didn't get any information after 4 days get one mail there i got complaint number and they mentioned within 72 hours issue will resolve but till now update i have called customer care there they disconnecting the call even i can't connect to customer care from last two days...
              Is answer for again again reply me for mail
              Iam following 25 days but no use please solve my problem

                I have purchased a new thomson tv from flipkart on march 19. Only after one month the picture of the tv found fading & then the picture of the tv become black. Several times i have complained to thomson coustomer care service and repitet mailing about the same. But till date they have not responded positively. This is very much unexpected & fraud from both seler & manufacturer. My trust has been almost finished for this type o[censored]nprofessional activity. Invoice no. Fabbkw[protected].                     I have purchased LED smart TV from Thomson IMEI No.TH32M3277S1804/0738 dated 12/05/2018 Invoice No:# FAA3P[protected] through Flipkart and got Warranty for 1 Year.
                    Until Apr'19 TV was working fine and have not face any issue.
                    From Mid Apr '19 Black out issue started once in a while but I have not taken it seriously as it may not be problem.
                    But the situation got worst in May and I contacted the Customer care in 20th of May. They informed to send mail to Customer care with Invoice copy on 1st June'19.
                    Ticket No:[protected]
                    Customer care team replied that the warranty expired and I have to pay for the service.
                    I Argued for accepting the Warranty as only 18 days passed after warranty end period and to do service free of cost, they have not agreed.
                    I thought it may be a minor issue and agreed for pay, but the service person came through Thomson charged me Rs700 only to inspect the TV and says there is fault in the Panel and it has to changed which will cost Rs11000 ( Equal to Cost of new TV).

                    My Question is though I have complained 18 Days after warranty, the Tv will not become week in a single day, The defect may be in the piece and failed just after Warranty expired.
                    A branded product should not fail in such a short term which heavily loss to Consumer.
                    Is there any remedy for this case, Pls support

                      I purchased a television from flipkart on November 1st, that product which they send was damaged & I requested for replacement, I received another tv & that tv only lasted till April 1st. After contacting Thomson customer care continuosly for more than one month the send me a New television.i received it on May 15, when I checked the product infront of their technician (Jeeves customer care office) it was also damaged.Now I contacted them again & asked them for the refund they are denying it.i just need my money back, they have been cheating me by selling damaged product as replacement & wasting my time.

                        I had ordered this tv on 22nd aug 2018 & got delivered on 9th sept 2018. After 20 days only this tv started creating issues related to unsupportable wifi, screen and now engineer has informed us that motherboard is defected. Within 5 months, 4 times engineer had visited and repaired it. However, the issues is never resolved.

                        We have placed a compliant on 4th feb 2019 to replace the tv or else repair the motherboard. It's been a 2 months (Approx) now we are continuously doing followup with the customer care team. They are not at all supportive, everytime they disconnect our calls. I have wasted my money in this tv.

                        We do not want this tv anymore, kindly replace it & refund my money.

                        Request you to kindly look into this matter & resolve it urgently.

                            I purchased 32 inch led tv through online (Thomson led smart tv b9 80cm) with 1 year warranty on 24th may 2018. There was a limited use of tv at home for the last 6 months. All of a sudden, my tv was not switched on. After my complaints and follow up, i have been told by service personal as "the board" has to be replaced. It took 15 days to replace board but the problem was not solved. I have been told that the panel itself has to be replaced. There is no response or feedback from service center regarding this problem. As thomson tv is not having any direct service team and engaged with service provider who will do service on behalf of thomson tv. I am fed up with this tv and the service provided by thomson service provider and thomson.
