I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing complaint regarding the unresolved repair of my Thomson TV which was purchased from Flipkart . Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from the company, the issue remains unresolved for the past two months, causing significant inconvenience.
Key Facts of My Complaint:
1. My TV was delivered within 12 hours of booking, yet after two months of damage, there has been no solution.
2. The initial diagnosis led to a board replacement it was replaced, and it did not fix the issue.
3. The engineer later confirmed that the panel requires changing, repair, or replacement, but this crucial update was not communicated to the service team, resulting in unnecessary delays.
4. Despite repeated requests, the company has failed to fulfill its warranty obligations, even though the product is covered under a one-year warranty.
