Thomson — thomson b9 pro television

I purchased a television from flipkart on November 1st, that product which they send was damaged & I requested for replacement, I received another tv & that tv only lasted till April 1st. After contacting Thomson customer care continuosly for more than one month the send me a New television.i received it on May 15, when I checked the product infront of their technician (Jeeves customer care office) it was also damaged.Now I contacted them again & asked them for the refund they are denying it.i just need my money back, they have been cheating me by selling damaged product as replacement & wasting my time.
