Thomson Tv — applications not working | |||
TV Details - 43" UHD Smart TV. Issue Details - This TV is having issue with several applications. YouTube issue - The official YouTube apps are not working and asking for update. However there are not updates for these apps on play store. They have provided an youtube upgrade from ApToide and after installing the the updated YouTube is also not working. It looks like a dummy YouTube page, as all the options are on this page are not responding at all. After all try the YouTube issue is still there. Not able to watch YouTube at all. Netflix issue - Same YouTube issue for Netflix as well. The Netflix app available on Playstore is not supporting this device. HotStar issue - Few contents like Hollywood movie/serial are not running. It is showing the message ` The device has been rooted`. Ex- The movie 'Life of pie' is not able run with HotStar on this TV with same error message. Other Apps like airtel xStream and jioTV app are also having graphics issue. The contents are not visible only audio is working. Was this information helpful? | |||

TV is under warranty and nobody is interested to attend the complaint. I had registered complaint on 22/10/19 and after 12 days no service engineer contacted me. I had written several mails to customer care also. Nobody is replying them.
