I had buyed a 43inch TV through Flipkart.From the day of installation, when the TV is turned ON a pop up dialog box appears showing "OSU UPDATE IS STOPPED".Also after the completion of the return period the next day onwards I face issue in audio when the TV is turned ON
I had registered complaint on 5th June and it has been about 20 days, till now no steps are taken by the company to solve the issue....

Many videoes from hotstar and amazon prime are not working.
Contacted hotstart customer care and came to know that hotstar do not have an app distribution agreement with thomson.
So they cant gurentee what will work on the tv.

If thomson is not having aggrement then why they are mentioning supports hotstar and selling the tv.

Many videoes in amazon prime wont work and they says prime is supported.br...

Following is the trouble of my tv..

After flickering a minuit or two tv screen shuts down and gets on after somthee time and seems no problem in it, but the problem starts again after few minuits and the trouble goes on... During this period of trouble the sound remains fine.

I have bought thomson smart tv b9 pro last year i. E. 2018 and since day one i am having problem using the pre-installed app as the app are non functional

Youtube app is non functional, and even if i want to update the app it mentions that app doesnt support and the app won't get updated. The problem doesn't end here, i am still not able to do screen mirrowing with the smart tv through my smart phone.

I buy a thomson tv in the month of feb 2019 from flipkart and my invoice number is "od[protected]" respectively. By now it's screen is not working properly, it is showing some line on it and it from last month (Around 15 oct 2019). I try to contact on the customer care number but do not get any response from them and currently it is under guarantee. I bought thomson hd led tv 32" from flipkart, after 15 days after delivery of the product we faced that no audio from tv, we checked all connections of set top box but issue still persist.

I called to customer care of thomson, but the call center executive told me to write an email to [protected]@thomsontv.in with all details and invoice.

Till 6 days of sending no response from them after i sent...

Issue Details - This TV is having issue with several applications.

YouTube issue - The official YouTube apps are not working and asking for update. However there are not updates for these apps on play store. They have provided an youtube upgrade from ApToide and after installing the the updated YouTube is also not working. It looks like a dummy YouTube page, as all the options are on this...

I have ordered a remote for my smart tv on september 16th. For payment, i got prompt email and after the payment is done, the remote is still not delivered.
I was guaranteed by the team that the remote will be dispatched on 25th sept and 28th but i still did nt get the remote.

My tv apps not working when i tring to open apps showing "your device isn't compatible with this version". I already format 2 times but still showing same error.
