Hello! I'm super dissatisfied on thomson third class - worst customer service. It's been already 3 months from my complaint, still they and their executive lied to me. Whenever i call or msg for status inquiry they says it will be done within 1 week. From, last 3 months when their 1 week ends?
Today i tried to calling their customercare no. 5 - 6 times but no one there to answer my call. All executive are busy.!!
I made complaint against thomson to national consumer helpline (Government of india). One last time i request for resolution. If they didn't resolve i'm going to ncdrc and file proper case against thomson tv brand.

I would like to inform you that I had purchased Thomson 9A Series 102cm 40 inches Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 9th Aug from the Flipkart e-commerce website and I have received faulty TV getting display problem since the TV installed on 17th Aug, since that day I am chasing with Thomson customer care in Email and Call but not getting any positive response from them.
A complaint has been registered Complaint ID - DE0820TV10465 and the TAT for resolution are 7 Days but now its more than 15 Days no one from the Thomson team is bothering to respond on email or Call they just diverting to wait for more 7-10 days.
Pathetic customer service I haven't seen yet from any customer care.
I just request you to Please look into this and take action against the company and help me to get the resolution of replacement.
I am taking follow up on a daily basis but not getting any response they are just making fool of customers

I booked the Thomson TV on 17/10/19 but on 25/7/2020 the TV was not working and after 1 month the technician came and changed the mother board but 2 days earlier the TV is not working again.

55 inch HD TV not working
I bought a TV - UD9 - 55 inch ultra HD little over a year back and it is not working now, There is no sound and picture. I have been trying to connect to the support helpdesk on toll number for that last 15 days and have also paid the amount of Rs 550 for the visit. Its been more than 10 days and there is no technician has visited to fix the tv. This is harassment.

Exactly its same thing are happening with me as well. I have also purchased Thomson Led R9 series on 19th june but it stop working after 15 days. From that day I am chasing them for the update but no one responded back. Pathetic customer service and worst technician.

Showing "OSU UPDATE IS STOPPED",Audio is not working when TV is turned ON
I had buyed a 43inch TV through Flipkart.From the day of installation, when the TV is turned ON a pop up dialog box appears showing "OSU UPDATE IS STOPPED".Also after the completion of the return period the next day onwards I face issue in audio when the TV is turned ON
I had registered complaint on 5th June and it has been about 20 days, till now no steps are taken by the company to solve the issue.

I am muthukumar mob.[protected], from padppai chennai. I purchased a tv on flipkart a thomson uhd led tv 43 inch television. After a period of six months if automatically a horizontal line came from the tv. After that i call both flipkart and thomson tv customer care but in flipkart replies we are not able give in information, they asked to call thomson tv. After that i called to the thomson tv with the given period of warranty of my purchased tv. Still now there is no proper response from the customer care side. Now the warranty period is over and it service cost is around 80% of the tv cost for the relacement of the panel. Most of the costomer review of the tv and complient will be this issue from the buyer of thomson tv. Please register a compilent and give me solution.

hotstar amazon prime not supported fully.

Many videoes from hotstar and amazon prime are not working.
Contacted hotstart customer care and came to know that hotstar do not have an app distribution agreement with thomson.
So they cant gurentee what will work on the tv.
If thomson is not having aggrement then why they are mentioning supports hotstar and selling the tv.
Many videoes in amazon prime wont work and they says prime is supported.
Cheeting people.

I have bought thomson smart tv b9 pro last year i. E. 2018 and since day one i am having problem using the pre-installed app as the app are non functional
Youtube app is non functional, and even if i want to update the app it mentions that app doesnt support and the app won't get updated. The problem doesn't end here, i am still not able to do screen mirrowing with the smart tv through my smart phone.
Will some one from the thomson company approach us and get the problem resolved?

Stupid series of TV's with lot of issues with preinstalled apps. You can neither use them not can you update the app. Bakvas TV of my lifetime. sincere advice don't but this third class products.
They will neither look after your queries not interested in your issues. Neither they will respond to your emails not their customer care number workds. They dont have after sale service ...

audio not working for hd led tv

I bought thomson hd led tv 32" from flipkart, after 15 days after delivery of the product we faced that no audio from tv, we checked all connections of set top box but issue still persist.

I called flipkart, but they are not also helping me.
Please help for this, i am fade up with these guys.

50 inches tv thomson - unresponsive for 3 months - revealed they don't have service team

And dealing with flipkart and partner brand thomson. We wanted to place a
Couple of facts in reference to our follow ups with flipkart and thomson
All lead to pain and grief... We were also shocked to know the most
Reviews on your portal are fake and paid ones.. (Evidences - exist with us)
. This is against the advertisement ethics.
For the last 5 days everyday someone calling and telling that thomson brand has not been not responding. We had followed with them for 3 months and had the same conclusion. However as the the transaction was made between us and flipkart (Which is face and stands for partner brands thomson) selling tvs very aggressively on its portal www.flipkart.com making huge profits out of a substandard product series.
The product thomson tv sold by flipkart, communicates with a loud warranty. The fact which flipkart also knows through its reviews and hides has come out of our study. Thomson does not have any service backup. "auto response machine" which is. Never picked up in last 2 months in our
Follow ups (Evidence exists - in call logs). We claimed not only complete
Refund but also compensation of the same (Details will be part of the -

Flipkart accepts that 'thompson' has not been responsive (Evidence exists

All lead to pain and grief... We were also shocked to know the most

. This is against the advertisement ethics.
For the last 5 days everyday someone calling and telling that thomson brand has not been not responding. We had followed with them for 3 months and had the same conclusion. However as the the transaction was made between us and flipkart (Which is face and stands for partner brands thomson) selling tvs very aggressively on its portal www.flipkart.com making huge profits out of a substandard product series.
The product thomson tv sold by flipkart, communicates with a loud warranty. The fact which flipkart also knows through its reviews and hides has come out of our study. Thomson does not have any service backup. Flipcart mail:- copy of the invoice for your order od[protected] has been attached for your reference. The invoice can be used to avail services across the brand's authorised service centres within the warranty period.
Thomson ud9 124 cm tv. Serial number th50th[protected] order id. Od[protected] dt.21.09.2018 was on n the suddenly the screen went off and now only sound we can here.
We tried to call u but no reply,

I am sunil rane it’s have been more then two month, after complaining about our tv, we have mailed more then 15 times and still there is no call or any contact, when ever we try to ur mechanic bhavesh [protected] same answers yes i will come, i am in virar, pune,... I confused ur big company and this type service? And in the mail we get the same replay. Its high time now. When called to customer service he replyed only one answer after 7 days, part not available or tv mechanic contact you after 2 days but no body contact till today.
Please do need full or replace tv early as possible.

tv remote and customer service - worst and pathetic service

I have ordered a remote for my smart tv on september 16th. For payment, i got prompt email and after the payment is done, the remote is still not delivered.
I was guaranteed by the team that the remote will be dispatched on 25th sept and 28th but i still did nt get the remote.
The customer care doesn't respond, every time i call, i get to hear excuses. I was assured on saturday (28th sept) that the remote will be dispatched in 24 hrs. No one picks the call and i need my money back or remote as soon as possible. It has been more than 2 weeks.

I am in your same shoes as yours they are giving me same excuses and not sending me remote for thomson ud9 40th100 neither refunding me the money pls see my attached screenshots about the money was transferred by upi it's been 2 weeks for me also now still they are sayinge next week what to do now pls advise.. thinking about going to police to recover my money

Bought a thomson led b9 pro smart tv from flipkart last year mid october. Since 24th september 2019 display of the tv was not working.
Issue - display problem (Double image, faded colour, display shakes)
I emailed thomson customer care with all details including invoice on 25th september in the morning. I didn't get any reply from them. I tried to call them several times and chased them thorough email but no response.
Kindly help to get this sorted.

Bought this tv on 10 may 2019from that time on no software updates and applications were not supporting especially netflix and youtube have new updates but it is not supported by the tv, now both the applications are not useful. Why you guys are irresponsible regarding the product, completed thinking of selling the tv because of the poor after support...
