[Resolved]  Thomson Tv — thomson led smart tv display issues

We had bought smart tv from thomson through flipkart on 15-5-18 inv no. Faa3p[protected], we purchased onwards one small white dot has come on the display areas, now it will add 2 dots on the display areas, i repeatedly give mails to thomson and flipkart to replace the tv, but they reply on mail it will pending for approval for replacement for the last three months they give mail this content only, but now 1 weeks mails they said it will not replace, it will go for service only, already their service person visited and told it will get replace only no other suggestions. So kindly help us to replace the product as soon as possible.

this is bigest drawback in web sales
Today 24.12.2018 also Spoken to MS.Radika & Mr.Amit without any hearing they disconnected the Calls
I baught a thomson normal led tv 60cm to flipkart. who that connected on first time with memory card.
Looking picture not clear. So i wants change my tv or repair my tv.

Sir, I have purchased Thomson LED TV 43 INCHES on[protected], delivered on[protected] and Installation and Demo were successfully completed on[protected]. suddenly few lines are displaying on bottom side and those are increased day by day now the total screen is black no picture only sound is audible, it is very painful to bear this experience, purchased with high amount. so kindly intervene to in this issue, and we are preferably return the TV and credit the same my amount to my account please why because we lose our faith on Thomson brand with in a period of 3 months getting the issue please

Very very very poor service of Thomson Technology. Not provided demo properly after TV delivered and hence i did not aware about faulty remote in the box. My TV remote is received faulty in the box and even after 2 months still it is not replaced and waiting for new remote as my faulty remote i have sent them back at their Delhi office and also got the confirmation of faulty remote received at Delhi before 2 weeks.
World's best worst service award goes to Thomson India.

I am communicating with Thomas as well as Flipkart also since last more than 2 months. Both are not responding yet. I have a long email communication on that approx 35-40 times revert on same mail to

and more.
After they received my faulty remote at Delhi, they stopped responding since last 15 days.

Request to kindly look into this.
