On 29th March I contact with Thomson For my 32 Inch TV repairing. They gave me reply on 31st March.I mailed Them several time but they did not give me any feedback. after that They told me to pay 350 rupees for 2nd service request. But it almost one month passed but no one come to visit my home for servicing. A customer representative named Srimon Karmakar Mobile number[protected] called me on 14th April and said that he will come that day but he did not come. after one week On monday 21st April I called him and said if you not came today i will lodge a complaint against you and threatened me that he cancelled my Service registration request. and one of his employee called me and said that they cancelled my request.I am so much dissapointed with Thomson brand. they don't have any customer care service number to call.
