Very bad Experience for Thomson 42inch QLED which had gone to update mode and on reboot Showing Blank screen from 1-Dec-24. Tried calling their Customer Service on number provided-[protected] but they didn't pick the call for 2 days and on 3-Dec-24 when they picked they are asking to log a Call by Email on [protected]@thomsontv.in. I have even done this. On 4-Dec-24 I recieved a response that mail recieved would share complaint number in 24 hrs. on 5-Dec-24 Received a Complaint number MH21051224T154683 and would update shortly with Resolution time. After that no call no Mail anything from CustomerCare. I have been calling them on [protected] and after selecting option 1 for TV there is a pindop silence and after 30 min call is getting disconnected. On 7-Dec after multiple call i got a connected and a Number was shared by customer care [protected]. When i called them they said Technician would call me but not recieved any call by 3pm .When i called at 3pm on same number she said She is taking technician not concall but her technician did not respond to her call so she said she would call me within 30 min with technicain in conference call but no call received till 6pm and when i am calling [protected] no one is picking up the call. Very Bad service for a product which is under Warranty and was purchased on 27-Feb-24 from Flipkart and have 3 yrs extended warranty also. This company has no proper Customer Care to call on time Complaint, no responsible Helpline number or Senior Person number whom we can reach for resolution and no Authorized Service center details on website.
Need immediate resolution or replacement of product as TV is still in warranty or else full refund and they can take the product back Was this information helpful? |
