Thomson — Warranty claim issue

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the warranty claim for my 32-inch Thomson TV. I have been trying to reach out for the past two weeks without receiving any response.

Additionally, the customer care number I attempted to contact has not been supportive. Your customer support promised a resolution within 24 hours when the claim was received, yet your technicians have taken no action.

This experience has been quite disappointing, and I regret my decision to purchase this brand.
