[Resolved] Thrillophilia — Refund Money | |||||
Respected Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket for foreign tour activity from Thrillophilia on 07.02.2020. This Tour activity was on 16.06.2020. For which the said company had taken the full amount of Rs. 3799 through online system on 07.02.2020. But after this, due to the lockdown of Covid-19 all over the world and the closure of foreign flights, Thrillophilia cancelled my ticket on dated 02.05.2020 & did not return all my money to me. They put it in Thrillophilia's wallet. I have many times requested them to return my money in mode of payment by phone, email etc. After passed more than 14 months, They did not returned my money in my bank account (mode of payment). Please take a necessary action & refund my all money in my bank account. Hi I booked tour from thrillophillia.com of 1st JAN 2022, under refundable booking by paying extra money but later had to cancel the booking due to medicial emergency and provided them all required evidance but still they did not refund even after following for a month now. Kindly look into this. Thanks in advance.
